eantics helped Warrington Literary and Philosophical society get online in time for the start of their winter lectures.  Founded in 1870, the Warrington Lit and Phil grew out of the Microscopical Society. Many illustrious Warringtonians have presided over its meetings including Glazebrook Rylands, William Beaumont and Dr Kendrick.  Such inspired leadership has continued for over 130 years.

eantics developed a small website for them based on the Concrete5 CMS, which allows them to manage the website content themselves.  The CMS theme and flashbanner was also designed by us, eantics.

The feedback we've had from Warrington Lit & Phil members has been fantastic, we've listed just some of their comments below:-

  • "A splendid website. Thanks for everybody's efforts.."
  • "Found it. Brilliant. Succinct and pleasing on the eye..."
  • "Whoever designed the website needs to be congratulated: it is most impressive visually, easy to use and informative. Really brings the Warrington Lit & Phil fully into the 21st Century..."

We're really pleased to have been asked to assist Warrington Lit & Phil with their project.  You can view their new website here - www.warringtonlitandphil.org.uk
